To put it differently, the domain address is registered and you are its owner, but it doesn't have any content of its own. Rather, it can open either a pre-made “Under Construction / For Sale” page from the registrar company, or it may be directed to some other URL of your choice. The main benefit of parking a domain address is that you can keep it and be sure that no one else is going to take it. Meanwhile, it's not going to occupy a slot for a hosted domain address inside your account. In addition, you can park domain names if you have a .com, for instance, and you register domain names with other extensions such as .net, .org or country-code ones to forward them to the main site so as to protect a brand name.

With each and every semi-dedicated server that we provide you are going to have the freedom to park as many domain addresses that are registered through us as you wish. Since only the registrar company can offer a parking function, you can not park domain names which are only hosted on our sophisticated cloud hosting platform. Through the Domain Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel you can park and un-park domains with as little as a couple of mouse clicks and filter all domains you have by their status, for better administration. We provide several different templates you can use and if you prefer, you could also include some custom text to each of them. If you choose to un-park a domain and host it within your account, you will not need to do anything manually - our system is going to create a domain folder within the File Manager section and will set up all the required DNS records so that your domain address functions properly and starts opening the content that you upload for it on our servers.
